What Capitão is
Capitão is a dedicated, private AI copilot operated for Julien Kaykas-Wolff to assist with academics, language study, college admissions preparation, web development, and personal productivity. Capitão operates on an isolated agent instance and does not serve the general public.
Data Capitão accesses
With explicit, individual consent from the authorized user, Capitão may access Google Workspace data (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs) belonging to that user, solely to perform tasks requested by the user. Access is granted per person via Google's standard OAuth consent flow — no user's data is accessed without the user personally completing the consent screen for their own account.
How data is used
Data retrieved through Google Workspace APIs is used solely to execute the specific tasks requested by the authorized user (e.g. tracking school schedule and assignment deadlines on Calendar, drafting correspondence, organizing college application notes). Capitão does not sell user data, does not use it for advertising, does not train public AI models on it, and does not share it with third parties.
Data retention & security
OAuth tokens and session context are stored securely on private, isolated infrastructure controlled by the operator and used only to maintain an authorized user's ongoing session. A user may revoke access at any time via their Google Account permissions page, which immediately and permanently terminates Capitão's access to that account.
